With combined passion and attention to detail, Monique considers the aesthetic field as her destined career. Her fondness for aesthetics dates back when she was younger.
She regards aesthetics as a form of “self-love”—a consolidation of art, beauty, and science. Thus, patient education, satisfaction, and safety are core elements that she considers necessary for every patient.
Our Story
Ariane Monique C. Dequina, MSN, NP-C (a.k.a. “Monique”) is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has about 10 years of experience in the many facets of the healthcare industry. Her experience extends across many disciplines including emergency care and urgent care settings, acute and sub-acute care settings, corporate health services, and primary care—including IV therapy and weight loss management.
Born in the Philippines, she graduated Cum Laude from New Era University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She pursued her Master’s degree in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the US and was given the Florence Nightingale Award in the year 2020.
Currently, she has aspirations for obtaining a Doctoral degree in Nursing to further hone her craft.

DR. LENDBERGH HOBSON, JR., DO
(Medical Director)
Dr. Lendbergh Hobson Jr, D.O. is an Emergency Medicine Specialist in Summit, NJ. Dr. Hobson Jr currently practices at and are affiliated with Carewell Health Medical Center. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Dr. Hobson brings a unique approach to healthcare with a focus on holistic practices. This means that in addition to traditional medical training Dr. Hobson also considers the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit when treating patients.
ARIANE MONIQUE DEQUINA, MSN, NP-C
(Aesthetics Provider / Co-Founder)
Ariane Monique Dequina, MSN, NP-C is the co-founder of The Skin Blvd Aesthetics + Wellness and serves as the primary aesthetics provider. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a degree of Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she was given the Florence Nightingale Award. She has more than a decade of experience across various healthcare settings, including emergency care, urgent care, corporate health services, primary care, and medical aesthetics. Born in the Philippines, she graduated Cum Laude from New Era University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing before pursuing her Master’s degree. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to patient care, and she aspires to pursue a Doctoral degree in Nursing to further enhance her skills. For her, aesthetics represents self-love as much as science, and this belief drives her patient-centered approach.
RANDOLPH DEQUINA
(Director Of Operations / Co-Founder)
Randolph Dequina is the co-founder and Director of Operations at The Skin Blvd Aesthetics + Wellness. His background as a pharmacy technician includes professional experience with Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health and Johnson & Johnson, where he developed knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and healthcare logistics. His decision to pivot from a career in pharmacy to aesthetics reflects his dedication to supporting the vision and passion of his wife / co-founder. He has experience in leadership and team management, which has prepared him to oversee daily operations, coordinate with vendors, and develop long-term business plans. His role within the company is centered on ensuring smooth processes behind the scenes, allowing clinical services to be delivered with consistency and care.
